If the product is not washed or damaged you can send it back to us for a refund. Please include the merchandise, order number, and a note explaining the return; we can refund the price of the your order not including shipping. Send your returns to:

Returns must be sent back to SWP Merchandise within 45 days of purchase. PayPal orders must be sent back within 30 days. Refunds are processed once a return is received, but the banks may take three to five business days to transfer the funds back into your account.
We can replace faulty merchandise, but we cannot exchange items. If you would prefer another item, just return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Why is my credit card being denied?
Here are the reasons why your card might be denied:
- The Credit card company processing your card, for whatever reason has deemed there are not enough funds or too many transactions on your account to process this order. You will need to contact your credit card or bank company.
- The credit card information you entered did not pass our Billing Address Verification Check. When we check a card for available funds, we also check to make sure that the billing address of the card matches what the user entered. This is one way we protect our customers from fraud. If the billing address doesn't match, the order will be declined.
I keep trying to place my order but it's not going through. Why?
Make sure you have filled out all of the fields, including the country you will ship to. If you still have problems, email: email@example.com with a description of your problem and we'll look into your specific case.
How many day does it take to receive my order?
Expect your package to be delivered within 7-10 business days from the day you ordered. You will receive a confirmation emails when your order is shipped and delivered. International shipping times may vary.
It's been a long time and I still don't have my order. What do I do?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org You need to have your Order Number. This is the number that you received when your order was placed. Upon ordering, you will be directed to a page where you were prompted to print your receipt. The order number is on this page. Once you email us, we'll proceed to address the problem with your order and contact you if needed.
Oh no, I think my package was stolen! What do I do?
If you have reason to believe someone has stolen the package off your property, please contact us at email@example.com and we will replace it. If you haven't filed a report with the US Postal Service yet, tell us and we will do so.
I hate spam mail, you're not going to use my personal information for anything else, are you?
Absolutely not, we use your information for shipping purposes only, and your e-mail to contact you if there is an issue with your order. Your credit card number is stored in an encrypted secure format.
Can I place an order without a credit card?
Yes. We do take money orders or cashiers checks. No personal checks and only U.S. currency. To place your order, just go through the process of ordering on the website until you get to the order total page, print two copies of that page, then send one copy along with a money order or cashiers check for the total to:

We don't recommend ordering this way because we can't guarantee how long it will take for your order to get to us and for us to ship it out to you. Plus, there is always a chance that we might run out of an item by the time we receive your order.
What is the Card Code?
The card code is a three or four digit number located on the back of credit cards and bank cards. This number is an added fraud protection feature used when someone is purchasing a product online or over the phone.
How much does international shipping cost?
To find out your personal shipping costs, just add the items you want into the shopping cart, enter in your address, and then the postage calculator will figure up your shipping cost before you have to purchase the item. You may have to pay duties at the time of receiving your order. We will not cover this cost. You will need to find out from your local government web site whether or not you will have to pay a tax to receive your order.
